Component characteristics: GA-IS component is molded by cold isostatic pressing. The pore size and distribution can be adjusted by suitable selection of powder size fraction and process parameters.

 

Properties:

• Stable pore shape due to sinter processing

• Good mechanical properties

• Sufficient thermal strength up to 900 °C

• Defined permeability and particle retention

• High temperature and corrosion resistance

 

Forms of delivery:

GA-IS is produced in tubes with or without bottom. Fittings can be bonded to the porous parts by welding, machining or directly during sintering process.

• Chemical, pharmaceutical, and food producing process
